Who is Laura Patrick???

What Does Laura Stand for?

Laura has her own unique way of looking at life that is fun and contagious.  Her friend's and family call it "Laura Logic."  She says it best here:

I passionately care about helping people and sharing with others the things that have brought joy to my life. I am also an innovative thinker who enjoys searching for unique answers to new and old questions.  My main areas of focus in my life are golf, nature/outdoor activities, and photography.  In my life and career I have worked to keep these the focus of what I get to do every day.  I love inspiring others to work towards their goals and what ultimately brings them joy.

I have the privilege of teaching golf to many amazing people.  It is through the relationships I have developed with my students that I am able to find out what golf means to them in order to make their golfing experience more meaningful. My holistic coaching philosophy allows for personal growth in all aspects of a players life, which leads to the maximizing of each student's potential. I enjoy consulting with my students to build upon their strengths and make their weaknesses less of a liability. I give each person the knowledge for them to be their own best coach - on the range or on the course.  This comes from the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years that allows me to give players shortcuts in order to quicken the learning process.

In my downtime, I like to "Wander Deliberately", usually through the woods, up a mountain, or through a garden with my camera on my hip.  It is through years of wandering that I have developed a keen eye for the beauty and novelty that you stumble across in life.  I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, hanging out with my friends and family, hiking, canoeing down a peaceful or exhilarating river, growing heirloom tomatoes (and other fun plants/vegetables), playing with my dogs, and snuggling with my cats.  I've come to the conclusion that life is too short not to do what you love or aspire to do.
